Hi All, we had our 1 month visit today. Miss Emily now weighs 9 lbs 5 and 1/2 oz. Can you believe it! She weighed 7 lbs 1 oz two and a half weeks ago. Our pediatrician says she is looking great on exam and doing everything a little baby her age should do. She did get a little poke today for a routine immunization.
After the visit we celebrated her 1 month visit by going to Buffalo Wild Wings where her father managed to eat a veritable cornucopia of fried foods. Mmmmm! The Weiss family arrives tomorrow night and Emily cant wait to meet her Aunt Laura and Grandpa Weiss!

She truly is gorgeous! I was shocked at how fast my little guy gained weight too . . . he's now a healthy 25 lbs at 11 months old! Enjoy her while she's still light! ;o)
What a beautiful baby girl you have... and I thought our little Claire was chunky at 4 lbs 6 oz! Ha! I hope that someday these little ladies get to meet! Best wishes, Jen Pope
