Gram Weiss visits!

We have had a few wonderful days with Gram Weiss visiting from Logan. She flew in on Friday night and taking off today (Tuesday). We spent lots of quality time with Emily, got some great shopping done, and ate very well. Everyone truly enjoyed the visit. We can't wait till the next time she can come out to visit. :) Aaron, Ann and Emily

12 lbs 13 oz !!!

Emily survived her 2 month visit today only getting 2 shots and 1 oral immunization. She weighed 12lbs 13 oz and is above the 90th percentile in both weight and height. Yeehaw. She put on a smiley show for the pediatrician and is now zonked out after a long day. We are looking forward to Grandma Weiss' visit starting Friday. See ya soon Gram!

Happy Valentines Day!

Hi All, we are having a nice and relaxing valentines day together. Ann survived her overnight shift last night but is still fighting off her cold. Emily is in her new heart outfit and ready to celebrate valentines day to the max.

Valentines Photo Shoot #1

Everyone is doing okay here in the W.I. Ann ended up catching a nasty cold brought home from the hospital/clinic by me and is slowly recovering from that. I am enjoying my month so far on GI learning all about abdominal pain, vomiting and constipation in kids. I never knew how complicated the gut is until the past few weeks.

Tonight we took a few pictures of emily's new valentine's clothes - note the pink hat from grandma weiss and the strawberry jump suit. We will post some more over the weekend :) We love and miss you all. - Aaron, Ann, Lora and Emily

Superbowl Sunday - Ann's first day back in the ER

Lora and I are now holding down the fort for today. Ann went back for her first day back in the ER after 8 weeks of maternity. I know she misses us bunches and we miss her too. Emily has been a little bit more fussy this morning and I think she can tell her mom is gone for a little while. When she gets home today though, we are gonna celebrate with a little superbowl-style feast of crockpot babyback ribs, beans, coleslaw and other tasty treats. :)
